I was going to mention this too, having been a vegetarian for 10 years at one

point. My naturopath encouraged me to eat more protein -- very important for

body repair and building muscle, etc, etc..... I now eat grass fed beef and

chicken and eggs, with no hormones or antibiotics. Food for thought. Whey

protein is an option for a good protein source if you are a vegetarian and are

ok with eating dairy -- but it must be all natural and cold processed -- see Dr

Mercola's site and search for whey protein if interested for an article on this.

Lessman, he is awesome. Also I am vegan/vegetarian. Also I'm 5'9 and 138lbs, so

I am not overweight.I have all these knots all over my legs on top of the damage

done by the TC (burning, electrical pain).

these things would work on me. My legs just hurt like hell, in fact it was so

bad yesterday I was not able to work, just sitting in my cube trying to breathe,

my dose of OxyContin was upped by 10Mg x3 day yesterday because of the pain. It

was a 7 scale and has been 6-8 the last 10 days.

Hi ,

I am sorry you are having so much pain. I have to wonder if some 'real'

protein might help. We have our own chickens fed non-gmo grain and feed.

I eat 3 large or 4 small ones a day for protein and usually 4-6 oz beef,

pork, fish, or poultry. I totally respect your decision to be

vegetarian, there are many levels and I do not know what level you are,

but please do some research about it on those web sites I mentioned. I

very well could be lack of protein is contributing to your pain. There

are protein supplements but I have no experience with them. If you

choose to try any please be sure they are natural and not from

genetically modified sources such as soy.
