Guest guest
Hi all, After years of declining cognitive function, joint problems, etc., I was recently diagnosed with late stage lyme. We also learned that my daughter, who suffers from digestive and anxiety issues, and my son who has autism, also have lyme. We were told that they have congenital lyme and that the infection is the source of their difficulties. I'm feeling overwhelmed, but I'm happy in a way because now we have a direction for treatment, (and I'm proud that I listened to that nagging voice telling me that somehow our issues were connected!) Anyway, we are seeing a doctor we like who has started us on the Cowden protocol. I am confident that we will be able to improve using this natural approach, but my pest-ravaged brain is having a little trouble with so many things to keep track of. I am grateful that the doctor recommended this forum though, because nothing can replace the support and advice of veterans! Thanks in advance, Pam
Guest guest
Our story sounds similar to yours...we took our 2 1/2 year old 'autistic' son to see a DAN doctor, and after tons of tests (including a Lyme test), we found out he, as well as my husband and I are positive also. Thank goodness, the DAN is also a LLMD who we feel comfortable with, so our treatments have begun. Our son's prognosis now is recovery in 2 years. It's such a change in direction with everything, but it really is a blessing that we know. At least we are on the right track. Thank goodness, somehow, our 4 1/2 year old daughter does NOT have Lyme. Good luck with your road to recovery. You're not alone! Elaine > > Hi all, > > After years of declining cognitive function, joint problems, etc., I was recently diagnosed with late stage lyme. Guest guest
Just wanted to say that I have tried many Nutramedix products. The only side effects we got were from die-off. Some can be really strong. Good water makes them work a little stronger. We did take them with other supplements, but there are guidelines to which can be taken in the same water, and which need to be taken at least 20 minutes apart from each other. We got die-off on day 4 from several of them, so don't underestimate their strength and think if one drop is not making you sick then you are fine enough to take several drops. Love and prayers, Heidi N Anyway, we are seeing a doctor we like who has started us on the Cowden protocol.
