hi Joan,

Psa is generally there to stay as I understand unless caught early -

which is rare. By time turns up it's colonised already. Which means

there's always some there, but if can keep lungs clear then there's

less chance of it breeding up - kind of a numbers game.

gee wish I only had a pea to cough up - I'm less now if ok, but

otherwise have to physio & cough heaps up... at least it's better

than feeling as if drowning on the inside!
