Subject: Re: Severe ongoing headache/migraine- pl. advice?

Having tried gobs of stuff, and I mean gobs, here is what I have found works best after the headache has started. Dark chocolate and orange juice, best consumed at the same time. Weird I know. Also, Kirkman's Sacch. Boulardii and Pharmax's Mindlinx, both taken at the same time. Drinking gobs of water and/or juice also helps. When I vomit, which I almost always do, I just drink and eat right after in order to keep the fluids down. My biggest mistake when I get a migraine is that I don't want to drink because I know I will throw up, or I just want to sleep (can't drink while sleeping). But, if I remember (migraines steal your focus) I drink gobs. Now as far as keeping them away, I am making progress on that, but can't really tell you clearly what is working to do that, but B2 and COQ10 help (have to take them more than 3 months to get results), as well as Futurebiotics African Mango taken with Amazing Herbs Nigella Sativa L. (seed) - not the oil. Anyhow, it gave me strong die-off at first, so I only took them together at night. Separate, I didn't notice much. I take Goji every day (comes in capsules, even though it's a food) to prevent the headaches from the rain. It only works to prevent; doesn't stop the pain once it starts. I guess it's more from the barometric pressure, but I just know I have headaches associated with the rain. I hope your doc/herbalist can help you with some guidance on all this. I have no idea if any of this will interact with your current treatments. I get mine mostly with my menstrual cycle now. I used to have them nearly every day. What torture that was. A lot of other things helped, but they only worked sometimes or they only worked a little. Love and prayers,Heidi N>> Hi-> I am desperate for advice-> I started Tindamax this last month for the first time,> 2 'on' periods> 1st one 3 days on/ 4 off> and this 2nd time on, I pushed myself because of the super full moon,> and I knew I was hitting parasites-> So I did 9 days on in a row- stopped yesterday, Sunday.> For the last 5-6 days, I have had tremendous head pain- this a.m. too, thought it would go away once off of Tindamax- it is not.> > It's behind my left eye, and all over- really bad, can't shake it.> I have been detoxing throughout, with all the Lyme detox tricks, plenty Advil, > my DH had some Norco (pain pill) did not work. > > I don't feel like I can call any of my Dr. about this right now- LLMD busy, etc.> > Does anyone have any advice?
