Does anyone know/see a good pain doc in Philly?

One of my friends has TCS and is now retetherd with huge tumor.. and not getting

any pain meds except for Lyrica.

She has had multiple (I think 5) surgeries for TC and in severe pain.

Would appreciate any leads, they just keep ignoring her!
