Guest guest
I remember someone had a paper on this or a study? Ps. Do you have epidural space? I do not due to surgery Subject: Steroid Epidural To: tetheredspinalcord Date: Monday, August 15, 2011, 11:17 AM Â I understand this topic was discussed previosly, but I'm not finding the older posts. So, I have had two steriod epidurals since my detether. I have heard this is contradictory to have after surgery. Can anyone comment on this? Guest guest
Hi , Â I'm not sure if I have the space or not. I know that the second one was very painful. I wrote my Neurosurgeon's PA and she couldn't find any info on this. She wrote an email to my Neurosurgeon asking him if this was a contradiction. His reply was " Yes, it is an increased risk of spinal cord injury. Generally, not recommended " .
