Guest guest
Hello, Our LLMD ordered Alinia for us and our insurance won't cover it because they claimed it's a "tier II" drug (Meaning the generic hasn't had a chance to be made becaue Alinia's patentent hasn't expired yet. They were going to charge us $120 for three pills! Has anyone else had this problem with Alinia? I flew to CA to see Dr Bhakta, who was recommended by a friend who's been dealing with lyme for 15 years. Dr Bhakta prescribed it and I had never heard of it. She offered it specifically to combat the psychosis. Dr Bhakta has many patients like this. Probably not usually as extreme as was but that's what the abs did to him. People were telling me to commit him and I really thought I was about to lose him one way or another. We did not only do one thing. Cholestyromine was a big thing, the PEMF device has been another and frankly the meds were also. But he had done the meds twice before and still had rages, psychosis, etc....just in a sedated state. Hard to explain but the abilify and neurontin only seemed to sedate him before.... SO important things: cholestyromine, PEMF device, LIMU, and maybe ASEA has helped. But since he's doing so incredibly well, I'm not stopping any of those 4 things. I have started weaning him off the meds also and with no problem. Most importantly, he's off all pain meds and has been for a while. He was in a lot of pain before and these things got him off totally. -- Re: Σχετ: Σχετ: cholystyramine question Sorry, I'm new here.... How did you come about putting your son on it? Did you just try it or did a doctor suggest it? Thanks, Tara Sent from my iPhone

Guest guest
You may want to order it from a pharmacy in Canada. I ordered it a few years ago, it took a while to receive it, but it cost around $1.50 a tablet. I cannot recall the name of the pharmacy, if you cannot find one let me know and I will do some looking thru old files.
