I'm sorry your having no luck with the opana. I'm on 20mgs of opana ER every 12

hours and I have 4 mg dialudid every 6 for break thru. I do feel I need a dose

up but this has been my dose for two years. And I love it. No feeling high very

little pain unless I over do it. But it usually let's me do some things as a

posed to nothing like I used to.
