My mind sometimes questions whether life exists on other worlds. Probably just as useful, I guess....DiPhoned to you!

Just watched the playback of Celebrity Apprentice (OK, so I know some of you don't like reality shows), and Trump said of the man he fired ( Takei, Star Trek actor),"He's a very high quality person." That really hit me hard. That is what I would like people to say about me. So today, as I go about my life, I'm going to do my darndest to be a high quality person to everyone I meet or come in contact with. I am also going to view myself as a high quality person, because I am! It's hard to say that, however, because I'm not sure I believe it : ) Well, I do believe it on one level, but my mind keeps butting in saying "No, you're not high quality; you're a joke!" Thanks, mind.

You no doubt are a very high quality and honorable person, I believe

that most people who suffer depression and anxiety are most likely to be

very good people. I'm a very good boy too, and I won't cheat anyone, say

a horrible thing, or be mean. The problem is I don't think that being

very nice has done me many favours.
