Guest guest
This book is more for therapists. I recommend two other books instead - The Reality Slap and The Confidence Gap. Both are excellent "self-help" books based solidly on ACT principles. The first one is for people who have "confidence" issues. The second one is for people who are going through a tough life experience.BillTo: ACT_for_the_Public From: wandarzimm@...Date: Sat, 31 Mar 2012 16:07:30 +0000Subject: your input on this book please, i have a limited window for free shipping powells is have a free shipping promotion. i am looking at buying some books. what does anyone thing of this one by Russ , with an afterward by ?
