Did the DR give a Protocol listing what to start first? That's the most

important thing I can think of, besides starting with only one new thing a

week. This is how you can tell if there is a reaction, and what maybe the cause

" new supplement " .

Everything you have listed is really big stuff, and I would keep a daily notes,

so you can recall changes if something needs to be changed or discontinued.
