Guest guest
Hello listmembers! I hope somebody will help me to get answer. our son ( 6 y.o ASD non-verbal) was prescribed by his dr.(Neurosen.Center) Leucovorin.one of the new things they added in dr.K.S.protocol. i didn't start this treatment yet. Our son has both mutations:C677T ++ , A1298 --. so I believe all vit B for him have to be methylated. my Q is: is Deplin (L-MethylFolate) going to be better choice vs. Leucovorin (Folinic Acid)in our case? He is on FolaPro right now. any connection btwn that mutation and type of folic acid (folinic acid, methylFolate), prescribed for kids? Thank you in advance.Luba
