A funny moment

Ok, bear with my dark sense of humor here, but had the most ridiculous

conversation with Nada today. Nada asked me if I had heard from anymore of

my cheer parents. I replied no. She responded....well that's not a good

sign, if they aren't talking to you, then that means they are talking about

you! I just shrugged my shoulders and started to walk away. She then said,

" you haven't even talked to ? This struck me funny as nada is

extremely racist and doesn't like me speaking to or even ABOUT someone of

another race. All of a sudden now she is concerned that I haven't talked to

in a couple of days? Since when does she give a crap??! (She is a

cheerleader mom, but we have become very good friends.) She refers to me as

her sister from anotha motha...oh my gosh, she is a RIOT! As we have gotten

to know each other we have really become quite close. Now picture this...I

am a 5'0 " , 108 pounds and blonde and I am 39 years old. My friend is

47, African American and easily 3 times my size both vertically and

horizontally. I responded " oh yeah...I talked to , but it was non-work

related...we just talked for about an hour about this and that, nothing

specific. " When asked for an explanation as to why we didn't talk about

work, I responded " because she is my FRIEND and I enjoy her company. We

have a BLAST together and have so much in common...we even joke that if it

wasn't so obvious, we would swear we were twins. Nada hesitated and said

" well, you never know...maybe you ARE twins! " Keep in mind Nada knows this

lady quite well...I said well, aside from the obvious physical features she

is almost 10 years my senior and our birthdays aren't even CLOSE to being on

the same day.

Oh my gosh...she hasn't let this go...she keeps swearing that and I

are probably twins...separated at birth....Nada is convinced that " someone

has sent her to try to see what they can get out of me, she's probably

REALLY trying to find a way to get money or something from me. "

LMAO...apparently her brain is even more twisted than I realized!
