Guest guest
hi Hester, I don't know a great deal about fibromyalgia -hear is an outline from From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Fibromyalgia (new Latin, fibro-, fibrous tissues, Gk. myo-, muscle, Gk. algos-, pain, meaning muscle and connective tissue pain; also referred to as FM or FMS) is a medical disorder characterized by chronic widespread pain and allodynia, a heightened and painful response to pressure.[1] It is an example of a diagnosis of exclusion. Fibromyalgia symptoms are not restricted to pain, leading to the use of the alternative term fibromyalgia syndrome for the condition. Other symptoms include debilitating fatigue, sleep disturbance, and joint stiffness. Some patients[2] may also report difficulty with swallowing,[3] bowel and bladder abnormalities,[4] numbness and tingling,[5] and cognitive dysfunction.[6 Because bronch is an inflammatory disease we often have other inflammatory conditions - most of which end in -itis, eg arthritis. I hadn't heard that infection of joints was involved, but again, with bronch we usually have fairly continual 'background' infection, which is why the raised inflammatory levels. All this does lead to more painful anything I guess, as the body tries to respond and deal with whatever is happening to it.I'm sorry to hear that your health system is so expensive - I've often wondered how people manage in countries where there is no health system such as UK and Australia (maybe Canada too, not sure), or insurance systems such as US. Even with a welfare system t this disease has cost me quite a lot, eve with a free public hospital system. Public hospitals can mean less access to better treatment even here.Equipment such as nebulisers , Flutter valve, etc we have to pay for - nothing in our health system provides assistance for these. What kind of standard are your hospital treatments like?cheers, joy
