Hi Everyone,

Well I haven't written for a while because I have been totally swamped.

I am happy to report I just completed my final requirement for the nursing

program, which entails clinical work. Things have actually been going really

well, I have the highest grade in clinical and theory!

The teachers, who have been nurses for 35 years have told me I can do it, as did

Dr. Frim, so I am going for it! Starting the nursing program in July.I'm not

allowed to lift anything, but things have changed so much that really the

nurses/CNA's don't lift anymore but use machines if needed.

My only remaining issue is legs! I am still having leg spasms, which can be

quite annoying.Just got off Baclofen, then Flexaril, then Tizanadine.. and now

Skolaxin?

Things seem to get worse when I'm stressed.

I'm wondering if anyone is taking anything besides a " traditional " muscle

relaxer- such as Xanax or Valium? I had it after surgery, but my docs seem

reluctant to venture back there.

I was thinking " as needed " when I am crazy stressed. Still on

Neurontin/Morphine.

Thanks!
