I did alternate this with TOBI for several years and it really helped. Not what we want to do but if it keeps us going, you know. I tried ot read while I vest and inhale.

do you get splashed by your neb when you 'vest' at same time. As I wear glasses

I gave up doing that, was too annoying!

wearing glasses and doing 'vest' seems to accentuate the vibration so is

difficult & hard on eyes to read etc...

I have a jacket vest - viz SmartVest

cheers

I can't imagine how one could be splashed, but I do wear a mask instead of using

hand-held so perhaps that is why I have no trouble. In humid weather with no

ac, my glasses do sometimes fog. I always do Vest and negs at same time and am

always on the computer at the same time as well. It makes the time go so much

faster!

hi Suzanne,

i use Pari hand-held mouthpiece neb, which does tend to splash a little, it

isn't much but tiny bits on glasses are annoying or affect vision...

so doing same time as vest makes the splash factor even more so! oh well,

there's always another way around things...
