Is

this happening to anyone else? Could someone tell me how to stop it from

happening!! (When I see “80 messages” coming in, I get a little freaked out.)

Thanks,

Unfortunately,

I am receiving two of every single post! So it can’t be that everyone is

pressing twice…Just finished deleting a lot of the duplicates…I don’t want to

miss any of the discussions, but it’s becoming frustrating to be overwhelmed

with mail. Yet, as I’ve made sure I’m not deleting the posts I want to keep, I

am overwhelmed with how much learning has been going on in this group, and how

valuable the connections between people are.

Does

anyone think unsubscribing and re-subscribing would work?

Hi ,I would look more to your email service provider since this is not. Appending to anyone else. Assuming you are only subscribed here with one address, it is unlikely the listserv is sending twice to you (but not absolutely impossible).

Are you getting doubles of any other mail?D

No,

Darrell, no other double e-mails. I will see if our I.T. person can figure it

out.

Thanks!

Yahoo often messes up like that - sending double emails, sending them days later, etc. Since ACT is a Yahoo group, I suspect that may be the case here - a Yahoo glitch. I don't know what can be done about it; it usually clears up after a bit.HelenaTo: "ACT for the Public" <ACT_for_the_Public >Sent: Tuesday, May 15, 2012 6:35:32 PMSubject: RE: Receiving two of every message
