I find that the Tobi brings up the mucus for me and I think I have to start the Mucinex again to bring up the deep set mucus. Thanks for the reminder. Guest guest Posted October 5, 2011 Report Share Posted October 5, 2011 hi Eleen, the tobi will work much more effectively if you do Mucomyst, drainage, ANY kind of physio before using the Tobi - the more mucous you remove viz the more blockage you remove the better chance it has of getting to pockets of infexn and the lower lobes.
