HI Joy,

That difficulty has passed and I am OK with it now. I find that the Tobi brings up the mucus for me and I think I have to start the Mucinex again to bring up the deep set mucus.

hi Eileen,you may find a big difference if you have something that helps loosen the junk and make it easier to cough up without struggling, wheezing etc. And the infx won't clear until that happens, no matter how many abx... because the abx can't reach the deep pockets of infected mucous.joy h

hi Eleen,

the tobi will work much more effectively if you do Mucomyst, drainage, ANY kind

of physio before using the Tobi - the more mucous you remove viz the more

blockage you remove the better chance it has of getting to pockets of infexn and

the lower lobes.

Was advised this way by specialist consultant - 'physio' first, allow a bit of

time to settle, then abx nebs.
