Guest guest
> Norma, I had a very bad allergic reaction to Cipro many years ago and have never taken it again. I can, however, take Levaquin and did for a time - no reactions. It's kind of odd as a LOT of people have some very bad reactions to Levaquin but I did not! Go figure...> > Suzanne Suzanne, I heard that from someone else or perhaps it was you who mentioned that previously. Whenever my allergist or ENT would write a prescription for me for any Quinolone antibiotic and I took it to the pharmacy, they told me that I could not take any Quinolone antibiotic ie., Levaquin, Tequin, Avelox and any others that are in the Quinolone family of antibiotics since I was allergic to Cipro. They would not refill my prescription. Norma
