2 LARGE HANDFULS OF SUNFLOWER SEEDS

4 CHPPED SUNDRIED TOMATOES

2 CHOPPED SPRING ONIONS

WATER

TO TASTE

YOU CAN POP THIS PASTE ONTO NON WHEAT BREAD, OAT BISCUITS, DIP VEG INTO IT, PUT

IT ON SLICED CUCUMBER .. ANYTHING!
