Ingredients 3 cups whole grain flour (i.e., rye in this case) 2-1/2 cups distilled/purified water 1 tbsp baking powder 1 tbsp olive oil 1/4 - 1/2 tsp sea salt Batter Preparation and Cooking Mix liquids and dry ingredients separately, then combine and mix well. Place in a floured 9 " x 5 " pan or 9 " x 9 " cake pan. Bake at 375 F for 50-55 minutes When a baker's pick comes out clean and the top is light to medium brown, cool the bread on a rack for 30 minutes. Do not cut the bread until completely cool. Eat them separately if you don't want to make all the recipes. Still healthy. It's what you eat rather than how it's combined that makes the difference.
