Guest guest
Yes, thank you for all your wonderful recipes. This afternoon I remembered a helpful tactic I read years ago that people employ when they truly want to improve their diet to change their whole life. Go through your cupboards and refrigerator and throw out all the unhealthy things lurking there, then fill the cupboards and fridge with healthy replacements. The idea is similar to quitting smoking by eliminating cigarettes from your home and life. If they're not there you aren't as likely to use them, and it makes an emotional statement of commitment to yourself, your family, and your friends that you are serious about making life-changing improvement to your health. One is much more likely to keep one's commitment after doing this. Funny how we remember things from long ago when new situations prompt our memory.
