Here is an article on natural pain relief by Dr Mercola.

lenol-can-be-deadly.aspx Fish oil and curcumin have been recommended to me by my

doctor and naturopath -- can help some people with inflammation and pain but

must be taken at high doses to be effective and very important to use

pharmaceutical grade (cheaper fish oil supplements can have heavy metals, etc).

B12 is very important for nerve healing (lozengers or shots, as B12 is not well

absorbed through our digestive system). It's also important to be on a good

quality multi and optimize your vitamin D levels for general health and healing.

What other supplements help with Tethered Cord symptoms?

Is there anything for incontinence?

I think probiotics help and I hear spirulina and chlorella are good for you.

fish oil

Happy new year everyone! Hope everyone had a great christmas holiday. I

said I would report back on my progress on a high dose of fish oil. Well I

am happy to report my back pain levels are way down -- have been on a high

dose for 5 weeks now. Not sure if it's coincidence or the fish oil, but I

am hoping the later and that this improvement continues! For me, I know

inflammation is a big part of my pain as when I wake up in the morning I am

relatively pain free until I start moving around, and any activity increases

my pain. And fish oil acts as an anti-imflammatory so it would make sense

that it would help me. Time will tell.... Dee
