Guest guest
Lyrica has helped my dtrs pain but the weight gain has been awful! She is horribly depressed...maybe from the weight gain or could it be from the lyrica itself? Guest guest
Getting eat attacks is a big side effect Randee. Like i wrote in my other mail start to eat something else. This means just change you complete eat style. Try fruit instead of chips if she is doing this. I was hungry al the time, i even woke up of it. To change eating is realy difficult Not to much meat Reduce the portions watch out fatty milk products change this by pure yogurt - milk And important try to not eating nothing anymore before you go to bed. You do not burn it at all . This is how i started. after i got strong enough to change my way of eating I started slowly to loose weight But this way it didn't came back that fast to. I realy lost appetied for to much food . Good luck Jan Willem -----Oorspronkelijk bericht----- From: randeejae@... Guest guest
Thank you for your kind response, Jan. I think my daughter is finally motivated to really try. We shall see!!! She is so upset by increased pain and having to diet on top of that is just doing her in..not easy to be a college aged kid and deal with this stuff...Then again, not easy to be any age and deal with this and we are lucky as she is indeed walking and peeing and pooping without huge difficulty..for now :/ Best to you, Randee Lyrica and depression?
