Well here goes the first time that I have responded to a concern or

question of the egroup.

The State of Texas does not require that motorcycle riders wear

helmets. I have noticed that several are defending protecting the

rider with helmets. Bravo!! Now, I am a Harley rider, paramedic and

do not wear a helmet which is my decision. May or may not be very

smart,, but,,, I just wonder how many of the people crying out about

this issue are the same ones discussing it while smoking a cig.

outside the ER ramp??? Just a question. Carry on.
