Guest guest Posted January 6, 2011 Report Share Posted January 6, 2011 I recently had a zyto scan and tested positive for a supplement that I know beyond a doubt does not agree with my body. It is a probiotic that I have taken in the past that was horrible for my gut causing sever constipation. Can someone experienced in zyto and supplements advise. My thoughts are if I test for a probiotic perhaps I need one but not necessarily the brand listed on zyto. Likewise, if I need a B12 supplement just because a brand comes up does not mean it may be a good one for my body. Can anyway chime in to see if I am on the right track?
