Hello Everybody

Thanks so much for timely response and the great moral support. I didn't expect the school to expel him for not getting the shot. And hence the panic attack.

I got a letter from my doctor for egg allergies and school was ok with it.

Will egg allergies work for other vaccinations also?

Impossible to predict, since private schools kind of do their own thing. Each

nurse representing the particular school's interest will likely have a different

opinion and standard. The only way to know is to ask the person who made the

decision to expel your child. They will tell you their policy and then you can

get doc waivers and such to meet their standards based upon what they say.

Believe it or not, but here in NJ with our religious exemption, private catholic schools will require updated vaccinations in many of the schools!
