This type of stress can be meating deadlines, starting a new project, or studying for exams, etc. But prolonged or more severe forms of stress will always make people feel tired, worried, or even ill. I'm in the very ill category myself. The solution for me is to keep working at therapy, although I might also be in need of some long term sick leave from work so as to get some much needed rest.
