Sometimes it is like, as in the chinese finger trap metaphor used in act, that you stop the struggle, with your fingers to break free from the trap, as is with drop the struggle with thoughts and feelings, but then it is as though you still feel stuck in a trap but youve stopped the struggle,.other times it feels ok. Im guessing that even though you feel in a trap , you can still proceed in a value direction even though you are somewhat feel like youre in a trap. Dont now if this makes sense, .like its like the bus metaphor and the passengers are the feelings and thoughts that will somewhat always be there, .Acceptence of that.
