Guest guest
hi Kay, and others, Fungilin is probably is a trade name. The active ingredient is amphotericin B, is prescription only, and made by Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. The lozenge thatis held in the mouth, sucked on slowly for best effects, after having eaten and cleaned teeth etc. I used to find it helped prevent my mouth drying out, which seemed to be much worse when I was on abx a lot. Maybe try to find via the ingredient, or through the company that makes them, you may find it's available under a different name perhaps. They won't 'cure' a bad dose of Candida, but sure did help lessen, and even prevent onset - I started taking 4 x dy (as prescribed) on starting abx and continue for a few days/week . hope this helps, joy
