Guest guest
hi Kay - luckily I just never really liked milk, tolerate butter and white cheeses - fetta, ricotta, cottage cheeses etc (better if fetta is true goat cheese) also use goats milk if available, rice bran milk - nice mild flavour, oat milk - all pretty good anywhere would use dairy, may be an acquired taste ... what time are you - is about 5pm here cheers, joy
Guest guest
That's interesting, Joy. Usually people can tolerate yogurt and hard cheeses better than other milk products if dairy is a problem, since the lactose in hard cheeses has been partially "digested" as they age, I've been told by cheese makers. It sure is an individual issue for each of us!
