hi Kay

- luckily I just never really liked milk,

tolerate butter and white cheeses - fetta, ricotta, cottage cheeses etc

(better if fetta is true goat cheese)

also use goats milk if available,

rice bran milk - nice mild flavour, oat milk - all pretty good anywhere would

use dairy, may be an acquired taste ...

what time are you - is about 5pm here

That's interesting, Joy. Usually people can tolerate yogurt and hard cheeses better than other milk products if dairy is a problem, since the lactose in hard cheeses has been partially "digested" as they age, I've been told by cheese makers. It sure is an individual issue for each of us!
