Surgery scheduled Feb. 22nd if I can keep my head on shoulders....

Hi All,

I am able to raise my head up today with the aid of a soft collar. Yesterday

was the worst headache ever, very frightening as alone and usually have a

high pain threshold. But, I think Chiari headaches have taught me a new

meaning regarding pain threshold.

With Ativan and Reglan called in by my doctor, I finally slept for the first

night in a week.

Dr. Rosner, now in ville, NC will be doing my surgery.

I believe there has been a " in NC " and a Cinnamon posting regarding

chiari and both live near me in NC. I am in Salisbury. Just need to reach

out to one that has passed through this before me or is passing through this

now. These four walls can close in more and more each day.
