Guest guest
thanks lisa, its high in hair and urine. i appreciate it. Misty Re: What chelates nickel? not eating food or drinking water helps with this one. nickel is just everywhere. are you showing high levels in hair, fecal or urine testing? we've had really high and as we pushed through things other metals came to the surface and nickel did decrease. just killing and clay/cholestyramine have really been our chelators and binders, nothing to fancy as my kid wasn't a good pooper. i know a few kids who just show off the chart nickel....always wonder if they need to be soaking/cleaning up the gut better and then the rest will follow as nickel is a light metal in terms of weight i bagged out of super science so that is the best i can do at this hour! lisa

Guest guest
Misty,If you have high nickel in hair, urine (or fecal), you are already excreting. The chelators you are using now are working. Nickel excretion predicts future mercury dumping in metal toxic individuals. Liminthanks lisa, its high in hair and urine.i appreciate it. Guest guest
Interesting Limin ...thanks. I have also had itching attacks which can be related as well. I had an experience with a metal blade and food and looking back i think its possible some of the blade leaked into the food, also with coffee pots, etc. I am hoping to find niccolium sulpuricum or metalicum just as a back up. I really lately love using homeopathy. My thyroid tests low, aside from taking thyroid, and it seems to be due to nickel. an yway, thank you both! Guest guest
Bob,What temperature and duration of FIR sauna bath would you recommend for a 8-year-old weighing about 60 pounds? How often can the child use sauna? Thanks. We found FIR sauna helpful for detoxifying ammonia as well. LiminSweat can be a significant excretory pathway for nickel. This is excerpted from: The excretion of trace metals in human sweat. Cohn JR and EA Emmett. ls of Clinical and Laboratory Science, Vol 8, Issue 4, 270-275 "The concentrations of zinc, copper, iron, nickel, cadmium, lead, manganese, sodium and chloride in the sweat of six males and three females were determined after collections utilizing a total body washdown technique. The mean concentrations of nickel and cadmium in sweat were higher than those reported for urine;" BobHeavenly Heat Saunas>> thank you..i appreciate it. im doing dmsa now. boy is it a rough rough ride!> > > > > > Re: What chelates nickel?> > > > > not eating food or drinking water helps with this one. nickel is just everywhere. are you showing high levels in hair, fecal or urine testing? we've had really high and as we pushed through things other metals came to the surface and nickel did decrease. just killing and clay/cholestyramine have really been our chelators and binders, nothing to fancy as my kid wasn't a good pooper. > > > i know a few kids who just show off the chart nickel....always wonder if they need to be soaking/cleaning up the gut better and then the rest will follow as nickel is a light metal in terms of weight i bagged out of super science so that is the best i can do at this hour!> > > lisa>
