Guest guest Posted February 6, 2011 Report Share Posted February 6, 2011 I'm looking for a comprehensive site on Lyme and Diet for our GI doc (non-Lyme literate). The only link I have found is below. I'm disappointed because it does not seem to explain the connection to simple carbohydrates very well. Does anyone have research or experience connecting Lyme to specific starch diets?
