Guest guest
Black pepper ( the whole pepper corn into a capsule) taken with some yogurt is supposed to help with pain. I would try this on myself before on a child, most likely would do a lower amount in children. So its no suprise that Cayenne is helping you so much. Good to know! Allie > > I hate die-off, mostly because I keep needing to find new things to rid it. Whatever I find works for die-off, always stops working after a while. Would you believe my new thing for die-off is capsules of Cayenne. A lot of people use it for health reasons, and I have been meaning to try it, so finally I did. I love it. But, I would not give a whole capsule to a child, just in case it makes their stomach feel raw. One capsule makes my stomach feel a tiny bit raw, so I would not want to take more than a capsule at a time. I have taken a capsule, then waited 20 minutes then took another capsule, then waited 20 minutes, then took another capsule without anything more than a slightly raw feeling in my stomach. It took my die-off away, and wow, that's wonderful. I am trying out a new immune-boosting formula which put me into die-off. I am still mostly doing great, just slips of die-off here and there which include migraine headaches and nausea. Another adult family member was also getting die-off and the cayenne took his right away as well. So, now we take it daily, twice a day. > > Love and prayers, > > Heidi N >
Guest guest
Heidi, I have been thinking about peppers. I used to know someone who took Cayanne but that was ages ago, 20 years ago. Have you read or do you know if it's true that it's good for people with persistently low body temp -- and I'm talking about 95 or 96 vs 98.6 along the lines of providing a less hospitable environment for some pathogens? Hmmm. > > I hate die-off, mostly because I keep needing to find new things to rid it. Whatever I find works for die-off, always stops working after a while. Guest guest
I love the way that there is an abundance of information pertaining to it on this Internet. One of my favorite things about it, is that it reportedly helps regulate blood pressure and flow. I think circulation problems are where many symptoms come from. It's so cheap and used in high amounts in foods already, making it one of those things that are easy to try. I have had people tell me that it's one of their favorite supplements. I am not sure if it effects my body temperature. I know that Mitochondrial Restore by Neurobiologix helps out my body temperature. Mine will go to 97, but I haven't known it to be lower than that. Guest guest
I love cayenne pepper (and ANYTHING that sets food on fire!). Even Dr. Jyounchi's (east coast autism researcher) assistant gets excited about it and feels that the benefits outweigh the allergen risks in low doses. Cayenne was a staple in our herbalists concoctions, but it may be extremely difficult for kids with malvin sensitivies...which is all the reds, purples and i guess phenols and salicytes etc to tolerate straight. Don't remember exactly, but i do believe it was used in an intestinal mop up with bentonite clay amongst many other things as well as herbals to thin the blood, boost the immune system, kill some uninvited guests etc. Might be tough on the kids or those with distinct GI complaints unless mitigated with other complimentary ingredients. In hind sight my allergy testing points directly at malvins (due to underlying infections) but sometimes the benefits outweigh the negatives short term. lisa
