Guest guest
Allie, My 8-year-old takes one single dose of 500 mg Zithromax every Friday night. He goes to bed right after taking it. It does not bother his sleep. Each child's response to a treatment is so different. I guess that this is the frustrating part, as it is difficult to leverage others' experiences, until you try it out on your own child. Furthermore, we all have time pressure, as the children are growing up (old) fast. I found these things help my son with Zithromax: - Remove all supplements on the second day after taking Zithromax the night before. Increase dosage and frequency of taking probiotics. (Use activated charcoal if needed.) - On the 3rd day, use Unda 243 (cellular drainer) to support the liver and kidneys. Use Red Root Tincture (love this) to support lymphatic drainage. Add back liquid Allimed and biotin 3 times a day for yeast control. My son always has 2 days of diarrhea in the row after taking Zithromax. When Monday comes, his stools are somewhat decent again. If I give supplements on the second day after Zithromax, his diarrhea becomes even worse. So, I have been letting him stay away from any supplement but probiotics and digestive enzymes on the second day. Limin > Not that this is any help. Guest guest
we have done it in the past with GREAT results, it was what pulled us out of 2 flares back a few years back, not this high of dose and from a different company however. but I really think this is a pulling the clymindamyacin OUT issue. I added it back in yesterday afternoon and with in 4 hours we were fine again, left BOTH out today and he was a mess again! it HAS to be the clyminda that is needed From: Heal1child Sent: Monday, January 24, 2011 11:25 AM To: BorreliaMultipleInfectionsAndAutism Subject: falling apart here!/ Who has tackled Strep/w/o surg or antibx's???
