Guest guest
I heard of BPD but never really read up on it. I just went to & Noble last night and couldn't believe they have books about my crazy mother! After sitting there reading for hours I didn't feel so alone and crazy anymore - unfortunately there are a lot of us out there! Of course we were never allowed to talk about " things " , but now this abuse is coming into the light with books and this Yahoo Group. This feeling of not being the only one or alone has really lifted my heart & spirit. I have been to traditional therapy which never helped but have recently found hypnosis. It is really helping a lot to rewrite the horrible messages in my head. I recommend trying it, but for it to work you have to find someone you trust. (the first person I went to told me to tell my inner child to quit having temper tantrums and was nuttier than me) I wish everyone on this site to find their way to relief and eventual happiness with your self!
