Red small pimple like rash on inner thigh!!

Hi All,

My kido recently developed small red/red like pimples on his both inner thighs,

any clue what it could be?

I just googled and found out either its sweat or Molluscum??

Has anyone has experience with Molluscum rashes, to give a clearer picture of

what exactly it looks like?

No strong antivirals except Lysine has been used on him. Could it also TOO MUCH

Epsom salts in tub water(he puts it himself and insists to do it his way!!) NO,

its NOT itchy at all....

Honestly, i have not been putting moisturizer on him recently!!

Any clue?
