Guest guest
Bring 2 1/4 cups of water to a boil. When boiling, add 2 tbsp organic ground coffee. Lower heat to simmer for 15 mins. Turn off heat cover and allow to cool for ca. 10 mins, filter through 2-3 very fine cloths or through coffee paper filters, depending on how finely ground the coffee is. Look for proper temperature, most similar possible to body's temperature. Remember, cold will give a headache...too warm will hurt horribly. I cover the bathroom floor w paper and lay him down caressing his back. He has to lay on the right side, put some coconut butter, use the small canule and let it run at medium speed. TIP:** head on small pillow for comfort, don't use the full 2 cups, only around 1 1/4 cup.** He holds it for good 5-6 minutes. Immediately up to the wc. It is important for mom to be calmed and keep a sweet attitude, this helped him overcome the fear of the first times. Don't give up if child doesn't cooperate initially, the benefits are worth it.IsaEnviado desde mi oficina móvil BlackBerry® de TelcelSender: BorreliaMultipleInfectionsAndAutism Date: Tue, 01 Feb 2011 20:34:47 -0000To: <BorreliaMultipleInfectionsAndAutism >ReplyTo: BorreliaMultipleInfectionsAndAutism Subject: Re: MCT oil (was Red small pimple like rash on inner thigh!!)
