New Law RE: DTap vaccine requirements for school

Hello- Im wondering if anyone else has heard about this new law going into effect in July in California. Im extremely concerned as I rec'd the notice below from the Junior High my child will attend next yr. I just confirmed w the county office of Ed that there are absolutely "no outs" on this vac as there are for the "required" whopping cough vac.

Any advice is greatly appreciated - homeschooling isnt an option for us.Does anyone know of a way to obtain a cleaner form of this vaccine? Im assuming that is not possible...

Please note a new law: For the 2011 - 2012 school year all students 7th through 12th grades will need proof of the Tdap (that is Capital T, lower case d, a, p) immunization shot before the end of this school year. Don't wait until the last minute, call your health care provider today and provide written proof to your child's school.There are no exceptions or grace periods. No shot, No schedule, No school.Thank You
