Re: Experiments on unknowing humans revealed again

Sadly this type o f behavior is not an artifact of lapses in medical ethics in some bygone era. There are two areas in the US where drs can still inject patients with experimental substances without informing patients. I used to live in one of those two regions, both of which have historical ties to the CIA.
