Guest guest
Due to lack of time and mental brainpower, most of my herbal supps and such fell to the wayside by the end of the summer. I still have stockpiles and have come back to them briefly when I remember which I should use and when. I didn't abandon basics: the AM and PM compounded supps from the pharmacy or the B12/Folate or the D, A, E, K, as testing when I got lazy revealed an ongoing need for the vitamins and minerals. But other than Artemesia from time to time, I've abandoned the icky tasting herbs geared at killing bugs or boosting immune system. I didn't abandon all the great diet things I buy/prepare for him--should never give that up! I haven't posted for a very long time partly 'cause of my " laziness " . But, I have been very busy pursuing other things and just wanted to share. I promise to update if we see progress. We started Heilkunst in Oct. I love giving a drop 2-3 times a day that doesn't taste icky and Sawyer doesn't mind. So easy--I love it so much, I excuse myself dropping so many supps! I have a few other homeopathic remedies I give based on zyto. I have gotten more direction for SAwyer's private ABA, thanks to insurance authorization of the oversight from the BCBA specialist. And this BCBA is also observing ABA at school and helping me push my school to move on from representing trials of really basic stuff he's done for years and gets right the first time. Like IDing an Apple. After the 3rd request, he tunes out. Dear self contained public school program: he is 7, learned apple 4 years ago, and is highly bored by your ABA. YOu document that he knows upper case letter's A-F and may know through I? Be aware that per his private therapy ABA, he expressively and receptively demonstrated knowledge of all 26 letters, Upper and Lower case. Could we please rewrite those IEP goals to some " star " word recognition and letter sound identification now? We started Neurofeedback in Dec. We are doing a " generic " approach that is supposed to be beneficial to a patient with autism for the moemnt. We will be doing a more directed approach come Feb after a QEEG which will be sent off to Dr Coben in NY for him to interpret and make protocols for our wonderful local NF provider to run on Sawyer. Also in Dec, we redid the Zyto and found lyme was not being deterred by the artemesia I restarted in Oct. And clostridia was still huge despite a month treatment of vanco. So I found someone with a PS3 Plasma frequency generator 1.5 hrs away running lyme frequencies for her support group and took Sawyer for a few treatments. She also ran some sfome clostridia frequencies and other balancing frequencies based on zyto. Due to the distance, I am continuing lyme/clostridia frequency based therapy more locally with a fellow who has a Rife machine (different direction to the waves than the plasma) and added in a few more clostridia frequencies he purchased from a business that has calculated resonant DNA frequencies of various pathogens. Finally, next week Tues-Sun he will have 2 sessions per day of tDCS at Dr Schneider's Indiana clinic, a 5.5 hr drive away. We are praying his language, which for 2 years seem ready to emerge in force but is still very sporadic, will spark into action. Behavioral issues have become more of a challange to manage and circumvent. Perhaps these behavioral issues are a sign of progress, but if they don't shift or relent I am going to have to enroll his twin sis in a self defense class. And I am thinking I will have to look into a harness or a restraining type of " wheel chair " for when I need to take him shopping with me. At least the headbanging that became a major problem in Dec has finally lessened. Anyhow, if I don't follow up on this post, it means not much has changed. Otherwise, I will post if any of this brainwork or frequency therapy or homeopathy starts pushing him noticably forward. Becky
