Guest guest Posted February 16, 2000 Report Share Posted February 16, 2000 hi cherry if you started both at the same time...i couldnt take both together dr. took me off neurontin and sent me to a pain managment center the dr. there put me on morphine .i was afraid to take at first but after 25 years of severe headaches it isat a tolerable level and does not knock me out or the drugged feeling........good luck jody 3 surgeries diagnosed in 1985 had symptoms after childbirth by c section surgery 1...cervical laminectomy at c 5 6 with k tube inserted into cyst crainometomy craniomectomy 2/8/91 surgery 2 june 10, 1991 odontoid process..surgery 3..3/98 dura.going downward around spinal cord...first surgery left me paralyzed from neck down..surgery 2 was toremove tip of spine pressing into cranial vault nerves....surgery 3 my new dr. is great he said that if third surgery had been performed first he was sure that i would not have rt.side paralisis.spelling bad...i walked into hospital 2/8/91 have not regained as much function that i had ....but im not stopping yet...i have custody of my 10 year old granddaughter had her since she was 3 and used manual wchair until 1995 but i am better than some i have a supportive husband and percistent also...had he not been ....i would not be alive today i was told that by 2 different drs.
