Its generally been ok, extreme fatigue and slight diziness after I step down for a few days then ok. My mood has been good and mind clear for the first time in 8 years. I've just gone down to 6mg about a week ago from 12.5. Now I'm having BAD anxiety, constant knot in my stomach, pressure in my chest, worrying, very weepy. Everything makes me cry, personal or not-even sad newstories, and happy news stories. For supplements, I am taking 1 a day womens, 1 magnesium pill, fish oil capsules-enteric coated (I cant stand even the thought of fish, so it took me a while to start taking this-feb/march and I do (or did until last week) notice it helping), and beta carotene. I need help because I am afraid I am backsliding-I had bad anxiety before I went on Zoloft. I need some advice and someone to tell me its just the withdrawal. I think my b/f is getting nervous which makes me even more anxious. I am going to read the anxiety files and I'm sure you will advise me to get the total body toddy which I might do-its just so expensive. Can anyone tell me how long a bottle lasts, what it tastes like and how you take it. Could I mix it with carnation instant breakfast for instance?
