Guest guest
I can tell you from first hand experience that I was being stalked on the internet. It originally started by an ebay purchase of furbys. It was a bad sale and when I pursued it....he pursued me. The individual found information about me by reading my history on this website. He is now in custody. The FBI caught him. So be warned. Hugs, Nancee NCC: The Net’s Dark Side Here's a link to an ABC story which ran on last night's news. It talks about how you leave a trail on the Internet. A computer expert spied on an unknown individual at random and came up with lots of details about her, including that she's in menopause and that she's been battling breast cancer. She also has a friend who is an alcoholic. They found her address and a picture of her house as well. Part of the article talks about some well-known medical websites disclosing things about people when the people thought that the site was secure and that it had privacy policies. Makes you wonder what they can dig up on each one of us.
