The DVD video standards change internationally, but there are probably some foreign DVDs that are US compatible. Also, the foreign producers may burn some US compatible DVDs. There definitely is a market mechanism by which foreign DVDs are imported to the US for use on US-definition players. I presume a substantial chunk of these are legitimate copies, which suggests that " Crazy In Love " could make it stateside before the " Mozart " release.
