Oh Chrystal, this is wonderful news! Starting WW wasn't so easy either, was

it, but it got easier with each passing day.. This will be like that. Just

promise yourself that you'll do it every day for two weeks... And then, just

like the walk, just keep going. The hardest part is that first step. And

it's pretty easy to tell yourself -- when you're in the bed and not wanting

to get out -- that just walking 10 minutes is all you'll do. But once you're

dressed and walking, you'll keep going. Atta girl. Hugs all around.
