survey submissions

Thanks to everyone who's already submitted their surveys. Your help is

greatly appreciated, and your contribution will aide in the

understanding of chiari traits. The submissions have really trailed off

this past 24 hours or so. I hope they aren't trickling to a stop

already. If you appreciate what we've set up here for you, please

return the favour by filling out the survey. So far the response has

been about 4% of the membership.

AOL'ers, WebTV'ers, and those using Microsoft Internet Mail (not

internet explorer)- sometime today or tomorrow I should have the survey

set up at another site tha allows me to use cgi - a cgi form should

hopefully take care of the problems we've been having. Thanks for your

patience. I'll letcha know when it's set up and functioning. Thanks.
