I found that too at first. I was definately on too many lists. I'm now on

two WW lists. The Canadian one and the serious one. I am also on two

daycare lists but my email is under control. I just got rid of all the

groups that had either too much mail, or were not what I was really looking

for. This is definately my favorite! So supportive and motivating!

Would be nice if I could afford a spa but alas the doctor's have

taken all my money and left me almost in the poor house.

I do try to eat a healthy diet but then I always have.I have had an

undiagnosed adrenal and thyroid problem thirty years.Doesn't say much

about our health care in the USA ,does it?

I did start off to fast with raises but that is how we live and

learn.I learned the heart palps don't kill us,lol.Just scares hell

out of us.

I backed down and started over and am doing much better.

You have to remember Jeff that most of these people that have found

this list have been sick and we are a pretty brain fogged bunch for

awhile.

Good luck on your journey to good health.

in N.C.

I am new to this group and have been reading many of the e-mails. It

seems that many of you are going up on Meds way to fast. I know

everyone

wants to feel better. Sometimes it's better to go slow and let your

body

adjust.

Medicine is not the only thing that can increase symptoms. Just having a

cold or uti can affect them. I would say look at the overall condition

before deciding that they are rapidly going downhill.
