But they will stand next to you at a bus stop when you're already

stressed and light up. They will stand in doorways of buildings with

no smoking policies so you have to walk through the smoke - and thus

you smell of smoke until you can change your clothes and wash yourself

- to get in and out. And they themselves smell bad.

Plus it's not true they don't harm anyone but themselves. I see

parents smoking around little kids. I've been in cars with people

smoking, and I've read that even when you can't actually smell the

smoke you can still be breathing a dose of nasty chemicals.

Just because you personally cope well with stress is no reason at all

for assuming anyone else can do the same. Some people have lower

limits than others. Some people who are doing very well now will fall

apart in the future and not know what hit them. No one has the right

to call others weak or any other name that makes them look and feel

worse just because that person is fortunate enough to be able to deal,

at this point in time. It takes different things to push different

people over the edge, is all.

Yes, Genyin go girl go. When I went into church last Sunday, I sat in a nice

smell-free zone. Then a woman came in and hung her chair over the back of the

seat in front of me and breathed on me and I almost gagged. I had no option to

move, although, in the past, I have moved in cases like this.
